Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, I must be notified at least 48 hours before your appointment time. If its within 48 hours, you'll need to pay new deposit for any booking in the future. Outside of the 48-hour window, your deposit will be put toward a new booking time/date. If you do NOT show up for booking time, I will allow 10/15 minutes (Depending if I have another booking after you). Failure to show up within that time frame will result in your appointment being cancelled. You would then have to pay a new deposit to reschedule. If you fail to make it to your appointment a second time, you will unfortunately be banned from booking with Chocolate Coated Nails Studio. I book clients back-to-back and can't run behind on time!
